Main bath
Yup, still the main bath
Previously referred to as the "Man Cave", lost status due to being too open and unable to be shut off to ensure blessed silence.
Same room, different view.
Back patio to the south facing back yard (old, decrepit dog not included)
Looking more towards the back yard.
East side yard, r/v parking (really skinny r/v) & a/c unit.

Waterfall
Closer view of firepit & built in seating.

15144 W Calavar Rd
The good:
Nice floor plan, lots of square footage (3,373 sqft). Formal dining room separate from the family room. Extra room by front door could be a nice cozy reading room. Cabinetry is upgraded and in good shape. Stainless stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher are still in. Counter tops are granite tiles instead of slab but they are in good condition and look nice. Surround sound is wired in the downstairs family room and on the patio, speakers are still currently intact.
All bedrooms are upstairs along with a very large extra room. Could be a game room, den or extra family room. Master bedroom is large and has a sitting room. Bathroom is very large with separate sinks and two walk in closets. Light and bright throughout.
The house is sitting on a slightly larger than average lot (8,231 sqft) The front is nicely landscaped and it looks like most plants are surviving. The back has a grassy area and gardens running around the perimeter. The pool is large even though it's not a diving pool. You could definitely float around in it without bumping into the walls continuously.
Miraculously the peep-hole in the front door has escaped thievery, guess the owners didn't realize how much those are worth ;)
The bad:
As is typical in these homes, it needs paint throughout. The carpets look salvageable with a good cleaning but if that didn't work would need replacement. Lots of nail holes, although nothing major. Looks like a small container of drywall compound and a putty knife and it could be solved in an afternoon. A long, tedious, boring afternoon filled with exclamations of "Really? You really needed this many pictures on your walls?" Otherwise the drywall appeared to be in good shape.
I couldn't get into the third stall of the garage. The main, two car one looked fine so I'm sure the other one is as well, but for whatever reason the door wouldn't budge on the single car. I tried unlocking, half locking and relocking both knobs in various combinations but it was like someone was holding it from the other side. Pretty sure there wasn't anyone there but that's what it seemed like. Having typed that, now I'm paranoid. Let's just pretend the owner stopped back long enough to take a dip in the green pool and was getting changed when I walked in. Lacking clothing, they were forced to hide out in the garage until I left. There, now I feel better.
Speaking of swimming...(I know, my segues are amazing!) the pool is mostly empty, leaving it to the elements. I didn't notice any cracks or chips, so it probably hasn't been empty long. What water remains is thick and green. Pool water should not be thick (or green) but luckily, green water is an easy fix. It needs to be drained and cleaned and refilled and should be usable very quickly. However, I did not see an in-floor system and since there also wasn't a vacuum, I assume the previous owners took that.
Unfortunately most of the plants are dead in the backyard. That's what happens when you try to save money but shutting off the water in Arizona in the summer. There is a drip system in place.
On to the pics:

The view from the bonus room upstairs. I'm pretty sure it could look a whole lot nicer than this.
Standing in NE corner of yard looking toward house.
Firepit
Patio area beyond firepit. Not sure what the stubs are coming up out of the ground.
A/C - pretty sure the power was out so I didn't hear it running.
