The Good: Lots of space, master bedroom split from the secondary bedrooms. The rooms are large, the ceilings are high, lots of windows.

The property is fantastic. It's huge and the house faces north/south with a south facing back yard. The patio has an extra deep overhang. There are several large trees on the west side of the property. The pool is very large and pebble-tec. There is a built in bbq area with plumbing (don't know if it works but it's there.)

The Bad: Needs bleach and lots of it. It hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile. It needs paint throughout and carpet at least in the master bedroom.

The pool is empty so there's no way to see if the pump is working. The cool-deck around the pool needs to be redone, it's chipping off.

There are some outlets that are off the walls and hanging.

Garage again. Unfortunately with no electricity I couldn't get any pictures from anywhere except the door. Mostly, I had no desire to stand in a pitch black garage by myself.
